30 Day Guarantee
At DIY Court, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
If the product has shipped, return shipping costs will be the purchaser's responsibility. Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30-day post-purchase period has expired.
This policy applies to items purchased directly from diycourt.com and does not apply to products purchased through other retailers.
Refund & Return Conditions
- If the product has not shipped:
- A full refund will be processed
- If the product has shipped and is returned unopened:
- The product may be returned at the purchaser’s expense, excluding original shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection to confirm the product is unopened.
- If the product has shipped and has been opened:
- The product may be returned at the purchaser’s expense, excluding original shipping costs.
- A 25% restocking and repackaging fee will apply.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection to confirm all parts are included and undamaged.
How To Return A Product
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email sales@diycourt.com with your order number, photos and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization reference number and shipping instructions.
- Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is securely packaged and include all original components.
- Ship the Product: Use the return shipping address provided. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
